PhotoShoot 8

Looking at my previous photoshoots I saw a pattern emerging of a lack of colour, I decided to use a different filter that helped me to include more colour to my images.  This photoshoot was centred on one specific area of buildings that I thought would look quite nice as a photoshoot. As the buildings present in this shoot are quite similar to the ones I have already photographed, I will be going to a new area that shows a contrast between both old and new styles of building. This again goes with the idea that I have previously had of a contrast between old/new and how they don't really work together. To improve on this shoot I will take a new shoot where I focus on one specific area that has both old and new buildings.

The photos from this shoot, I think, where quite successful however a lot of them were quite similar and there wasn’t much of a variation between each image. To improve on this shoot I will be going to a new area that will make the next shoot stand out from the others, as it will be in a new location featuring different buildings/areas. I quite like the effect created by these images, and how I have managed to give the shoot quite retro feel, with the way I have edited each image. After looking at the work of  Tom Manley I wanted to photograph more 'ordinary' looking buildings rather than keeping with the old/new contrast. I think this shoot has been my most successful
